Commission Process
Hello! Whether you know what you'd like for a custom art commission or whether you'd like me to develop a design, I'd love to collaborate with you and bring your ideas to life!
1. Please get in touch - using the form below or contact me on [email protected]
2. Discussion and Price Quote - based on your ideas, I will give you a quote based on a few details: size, materials, time, image subject, background design, additional details.
3. Upfront payment - please send the whole payment through a discussed payment method. Please cover the postage fee in the commission payment. Thank you!
4. Mock ups - based on your ideas, I will develop a range of full-colour mock designs using a collage of your images, found images and sketches. This is a great opportunity to make changes and get a good idea of what the final image will look like.
5. Let the painting begin! - Once we have both agreed on a chosen mock design, I can start painting your commission. Updates can be given upon request but I like to check in after the first week with an update on the painting.
All commissions on this page are A4/A5 and have been made in 1-2 weeks but an alternate deadline can be discussed.

"Hazel is a very talented painting artist. She is so passionate about art in general. I’ve got three pictures hanging in my house which are painted by Hazel. Two of them are commissioned and one is a surprise wedding gift by her (which I bet you can guess how sweet she is!) The first commission is a beautiful Australian beach picture where I met my husband. I’m hanging this in the entrance lobby as it’s my favourite. The second one is a portrait of my son and daughter. I asked Hazel for this one when I saw her post about commissions for charity which I love the idea of it!!! Every time when I ask her about her commission/art work she responds so quickly and always making sure that I’m happy with her work. She’s one of my favourite artists and I’m pretty sure I’ll ask her to paint again in the future whenever I get an occasion. Thank you for your hard work Hazel"
